At least 11 people were injured during a flight from Milan, Italy, to Atlanta, USA, after it encountered very unusual weather that caused very strong vibrations on the plane, which belongs to Delta Airlines
According to Fox 5, there were 151 passengers and 14 crew members on board. After the plane landed safely, the injured were taken to a hospital. According to reports, some of the injured suffered severe head injuries.
The report also indicates that flight attendants were among the injured, and that medical teams were called to the plane immediately after landing.

"My fiancée and I went crazy with fear, we were supposed to have a connecting flight, but we couldn't get on it out of fear. We rented a car and will do the rest of the way," said one of the passengers on the plane.
Delta said: "Delta's care team is mobilized to assist customers on Flight 175 who experienced severe turbulence before landing safely in Atlanta."
