A 17-year-old boy was killed Thursday morning after his vehicle crashed into a tree and overturned on Road 978 near Majdal Shams toward a restaurant.

MDA medics and paramedics pronounced the boy dead, who was rescued from the vehicle with multi-system trauma, with no signs of life. The medical team evacuated to Ziv and Rambam hospitals, three people injured in the accident in moderate condition, an 18-year-old man with bruises to his back and limbs, a 19-year-old man with injuries to his limbs, and a 17-year-old boy with bruises.
