Earlier, UN Secretary-General António Guterres lashed out at Russia and the invasion of Ukraine, saying Russia's invasion was a flagrant violation of the United Nations Charter and had brought a "campaign of terror" on the world

Guterres stressed that the global economy desperately needs Russian- and Ukrainian-made food and fertilizers to stabilize markets and ensure food security. "I will not give up my efforts to ensure that food exports continue," Guterres said to applause.
