"The entity transferring the wounded terrorists to hospitals in Israel is the IDF," Health Minister Moshe Arbel responded following Israel Hayom's revelation Wednesday morning that among the 3,000 wounded who have arrived at hospitals so far as a result of the massacre carried out by Hamas last Saturday were also the terrorists who participated in that massacre.
As we reported, the police and MDA denied that they were required to transfer wounded terrorists to hospitals – a move that caused great frustration among the medical teams, who claimed that "we are being urged to treat terrorists who participated in the massacre and were captured."

Minister Arbel's office said, "The Director General of the Ministry of Health spoke on the subject last night with the Director General of the Ministry of Defense, for preparations for treatment in IPS facilities and not in civilian hospitals, in accordance with the minister's policy. The dialogue is still taking place between the ministries in the hope of a breakthrough soon."
