The Health Minister blamed the army for transferring terrorists to civilian hospitals for treatment – while the issue is still being discussed between his ministry and the Defense Ministry • Minister Arbel's office said: "The directors general of the ministries spoke last night about preparations for treating terrorists in IPS facilities and not in civilian hospitals."


"The entity transferring the wounded terrorists to hospitals in Israel is the IDF," Health Minister Moshe Arbel responded following Israel Hayom's revelation Wednesday morning that among the 3,000 wounded who have arrived at hospitals so far as a result of the massacre carried out by Hamas last Saturday were also the terrorists who participated in that massacre.

Minister Arbel's office said, "The Director General of the Ministry of Health spoke on the subject last night with the Director General of the Ministry of Defense, for preparations for treatment in IPS facilities and not in civilian hospitals, in accordance with the minister's policy. The dialogue is still taking place between the ministries in the hope of a breakthrough soon."
