A direct hit was identified today (Thursday) in a house in Metula, after missiles were fired into the north last night and terrorists who infiltrated into Israel fired at homes in the council.
Although property damage was caused, there were no casualties in the incident. The colony asked and emphasized that anyone who could not stay there should leave as soon as possible, since according to them, the damaged house was empty – and thus, the lives of the residents were saved.

As you may recall, yesterday afternoon an alarm sounded in dozens of communities throughout the north of the country for fear of terrorist infiltration, a suspicion that was later ruled out. However, the IDF identified that a rocket had been launched from the Gaza Strip at the Carmel Beach area, a claim made by Hamas shortly before the rockets were fired into the area. No Iron Dome interceptors were launched because they fell in an open area, and the IDF Spokesperson said that no hits were identified in Israeli territory and no injuries were reported.
In addition, at around 19:45 P.M., an alert was activated on the Home Front Command app stating that all residents of Israel must enter a protected area. The Home Front Command announced within a short time that the malfunction would be investigated.
