A video posted on social media on Thursday, attributed to October 7, shows Palestinian residents on a busy street in Gaza, laughing and expressing joy after news began to circulate about the abduction of Israelis by Hamas terrorists and their transfer to the Gaza Strip.
"What's there, where are we going?" one resident asks, while another replies: "I don't know, they're holding a dead Jew," surrounded by a commotion of many young people and children running "to see the soldiers they brought to Gaza." "These are going to bring the Zionist soldiers, look how many," says a Palestinian resident mockingly, as giggles and sounds of joy continue to be heard in the background.

However, it seems that in the days after the outbreak of the war, many in Gaza are already so happy. Hamas' reign of terror leads to harm to Gazans who serve as human shields. Hamas is exploiting this through its propaganda proxies to press for a ceasefire, but one documentation circulating on Arab networks has created a boomerang effect.
In a video that scorched social media in the Arab world, a Gazan woman is seen evacuating casualties from an attack, shouting: "All this is because of Hamas dogs." Within seconds, those around her make sure to silence her and push her away.
