Shikun & Binui Real Estate connects every available apartment of the company to the families of the evacuees. The company housed residents from Ashkelon, Netivot, Sderot and other communities near the Gaza Strip in its vacant apartments in the Or Yam neighborhood of Or Akiva, Haifa and the city of Harish. The company connected the inhabited families to the regional communities that mobilized for the residents of the envelope. In student dormitories in Tel Aviv and Haifa, the company allowed students with vacant apartments to host residents of the envelope and the south.

Solel Boneh has provided the state with all its logistical and physical capabilities with regard to mechanical engineering equipment, as well as concrete and asphalt plants. The company has donated money to the institutions and centers established for those in need at this time, and will continue to work for them.

The owner of the company is also the owner of the Kedem Hotel, which since Sunday hosts about 40 families who were evacuated from the settlement of Yesha, free of charge. In addition, the company purchased ceramic bulletproof vests for fighters in the south, donated the supply of meals/mobile chargers/gas stoves/water and equipment to the south, and hundreds of coats and mattresses for combat units in the north.

Sela Binui opened a voluntary operations room of its employees in order to collect the demands and needs of IDF soldiers and civilians in need of assistance. So far, basic equipment, tactical equipment, clothing and food have been donated to the 79th Battalion and the Golani Brigade. In addition, the company took a significant part in the purchase of ceramic bulletproof vests for Duvdevan reserve units.
