Next Tuesday, 7.11, will mark one month since the brutal attack on the communities near Israel and the outbreak of war.
Eran Litman, the father of Or z"l, who was murdered at the Nova nature party in the Reim Forest, is leading, together with other bereaved families, a national civil day of mourning in memory of the murdered and to mark the outbreak of the Iron Swords War.
"The citizens of the State of Israel bow their heads in memory of the fallen and murdered. There is no town, sector or group in the country that has been spared the October 7th disaster," the organization headquarters said, "We have lost loved ones and friends. We all worry about the IDF soldiers at the front and pray for the return of the abductees. The trauma is not over, we are still in mourning, but we are not alone."
The headquarters representatives added: "On Tuesday, we will stand throughout the country for a minute of silence in memory of the fallen and murdered, wear black shirts, flags will be lowered to half-mast, we will light candles in squares in various cities, we will hold memorial rallies, we will unite with the memory of our loved ones and we will hug the bereaved families."
Details of activities throughout the day of mourning and ordering commemorative T-shirts will be announced soon.
