The Families, Commemoration and Heritage Division of the Ministry of Defense held a ceremony today (Monday) to unveil the memorial buildings at the State Memorial Hall on Mount Herzl, in which the names of the fallen soldiers of the war so far are engraved.

On this occasion, 394 commemorative bricks were unveiled, alongside which memorial candles were lit for the fallen soldiers of the war, policewomen and policemen, and members of the Israel Security Agency who fell in battle.

The unveiling, marking the beginning of the 30th anniversary of the fallen in the war, was attended by the Director General of the Ministry of Defense, Maj. Gen. (res.) Eyal Zamir, Head of the ACA, Maj. Gen. Yaniv Asor, Head of the Human Resources Division of the Israel Police, Major General Boaz Goldberg, Head of the Human Resources Division of the Shin Bet, and Deputy Director General and Head of the Families, Commemoration and Heritage Division at the Ministry of Defense, Arie Muallem.
