Salty pudding hail is like a sloppy version of cheese toast in a mold, or bread and cheese pie. Whatever you want to call it, it's delicious and highly addictive.
Recipe for salty pudding hail
Components
List of ingredients for 8 servings:
6 slices of brioche or regular challah or even other
white bread 2 eggs 1 container of cooking cream
150g mixture of grated hard cheeses (mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, kashkabal, etc.)1/2 cup fried onion chips (bought)
25 handful of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Black pepper ground to taste

<> g butter

Method of preparation
1. Make the bread into pieces and put in a bowl.
2. Mix eggs, cream for cooking and pour over the bread, letting it absorb the liquid for about 10 minutes.
3. Add cheeses, onion chips and parsley and season with salt, paprika and pepper.
4. Arrange in a baking dish that is also intended for serving (possible in enamel or pyrex), sprinkle over a few pieces of butter.
5. Bake in the oven, at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes until brown.
