A week after Thomas' murder in Crépol, in the Drôme region, nine people suspected of having participated in the fatal attack on the evening of the village ball were indicted on Saturday night on various charges including "murder in an organized gang", "attempted murder" and "intentional violence committed in a group".
Six people, including two minors, were remanded in custody by the liberty and detention judge. Three people, including a minor, were placed under judicial supervision.

All these individuals were arrested and taken into custody on Tuesday, November 21. The six majors are Chaïd A., Yasir, Mathys, Fayçal, Kouider and Yanis, Le Figaro has learned, confirming information from the JDD. There was no immediate response from police and prosecutors' offices.
According to testimonies from local residents, most of the suspects are from the small town of La Monnaie, east of Romans-sur-Isère. They would all be part of the same gang of about thirty young people that includes urban rodeo enthusiasts and drug dealers.
