Did anyone issue a "persecuting judgment" against the head of Central Command, Yehuda Fuchs? At a cabinet meeting held on Sunday, Netanyahu said that he had heard "that the OC Central Command has received a 'persecutory judgment.'" The claim that a persecuting sentence had been issued against the general was presented to Netanyahu by sources in the defense establishment.

However, examinations with many elements in the settlements in Judea and Samaria, as well as a search of the Internet, did not find anyone who issued such a judgment regarding Maj. Gen. Fuchs, and certainly not a significant factor. Channel 7 reported that in a number of places in Judea and Samaria individual ads were hung by an anonymous group called "Israel Freedom Fighters," stating that Fox was being "persecuted."
However, until this publication, which followed the defense establishment's briefing to Netanyahu, the issue was unknown. The general and those around him were also unaware of the ad's existence. Netanyahu's office clarifies that he did not determine that the incident actually took place, but only condemned this possibility, while at the same time requesting an investigation into the matter in order to find out exactly what happened.

It should be noted that between the leadership of the young and veteran settlements in Judea and Samaria and Central Command Chief Yehuda Fuchs, there has been severe tension for several months. The tension began before the war, following a series of terrorist attacks and a feeling in the settlements that the army was not doing enough to protect the residents. On the other hand, the army claimed that there were illegal riots by Israelis, and the general even issued a number of restraining orders against farm owners in Samaria and Binyamin.
