Culture and Sports Minister Miki Zohar agreed today (Wednesday) with the commander of the Home Front Command, Maj. Gen. Rafi Milo, that the quota of fans allowed in the stadiums will increase to 15,000.
The increase in the outline was approved by the Home Front Command and will go into effect tomorrow, before the upcoming Premier League matches. This means that cultural events will be renewed, sports games, concerts, fairs, etc.
Culture and Sports Minister Miki Zohar said: "I am happy that we are able to return to a certain routine in the country alongside the fighting and are not letting Hamas subdue our spirit. I hope that the expansion of the outline will lead to a strong sportsmanship and a better game, and I am confident that the fans of the teams will behave in accordance with the life-saving guidelines of the Home Front Command and will contribute to public relations in the world of international sports."
