Highlights: A man and a woman in their 50s were killed Saturday night in a car accident near the Atlit interchange, as a result of being hit by a truck in a vehicle. United Hatzalah volunteers as well as MDA medics and paramedics arrived at the scene and were forced to pronounce the two dead at the site. The two were pronounced dead by medics on the scene. The driver of the truck was taken to hospital in critical condition and the passenger died later at the hospital.
