According to regular Israeli intelligence calculations, the day of the outbreak of war on one front is the day on which at least another front will join, with the other great danger being the joining of some Israeli Arabs: blocking roads, mass lynchings and murders, as a result of disturbances during Operation Guardian of the Walls.
As of today, the northern front is relatively quiet, but not as a result of intelligence preparedness, but mainly because of internal terrorist politics that gave the IDF and the people who mobilized en masse precious time to organize. The internal front, that of Israeli Arabs, is also quiet at this moment. Here, too, the Lidlins and Halivat have no hand in this, since silence has nothing to do with them. It has to do with the justified fear of the average Arab nationalist (i.e., the vast majority), which stems from the current Israeli mood. To go into detail, the masses of Israelis who have decided that the next terrible time – and as it seems, there will certainly be one – they will not wait for bloodthirsty Islamists behind the door of a dilapidated safe room, holding children in one hand and a broomstick in the other. Not. A broom, plank or even a knife is nice, but as very recent history has taught us, it is perfectly preferable to have a gun or a rifle. Children will be able to hold the stick. Yes, Israel is arming.

There is also violence and anger on the roads and much to improve, but regarding the Islamic danger at home, the situation is stable. The average Arab nationalist sees more and more armed men on the street. He sees the long lines at the shooting ranges and the welcome alert classes that have been set up quickly. He is also aware of the chances of a terrorist leaving the scene alive, chances that have dropped drastically in recent months, and he prefers to keep quiet.
Makes sense? Only for the vast majority of us and sane. For the handful who also happen to have microphones, this situation in which the average Jew raises his head and refuses to feel worse is an old nightmare, and they have launched the constant campaign: defending yourself with weapons is bad.

How? In the usual way - demagoguery, half-lies and statistics. Thus, for example, a case in which a woman was murdered by an Arab spouse recently caused unrest among journalists on social networks and righteous questions about the spouse's weapons license, without properly revealing that he was not even a member of an alert squad, for example, or a person standing in line to receive a weapons license, or even a Jew. When desired, any incident of violence – from a clans' quarrel, to the killing of an average sister on the grounds of family honor, to reports of an attack – can be linked to the "wild distribution of weapons." But at the moment of truth, when the terrorist appears, everyone will look to hide behind the violent, racist and patriarchal beast that just happens to be a Jew holding a weapon.
They prefer us shaking with fear in a safe room, holding a curtain pole, or a flip-flop, or anything stupid that is supposed to replace a weapon that will protect the family, as long as there is no gun. Well, friends, that's not going to happen anymore. And our armed safe room, by the way, will be open to everyone.
