Skiing: Shoulder dislocation with calf cut for Kilde - Skis

Highlights: Norwegian champion Aleksander Kilde had less serious consequences than feared. Kilde, 31, did not suffer any fractures but a dislocated shoulder as well as a cut to a calf and several bruises. He underwent surgery last night in Bern, the Norwegian Ski Federation announced. It is not yet known when he will return to racing. The 31-year-old is a World Cup winner and a four-time Olympic medalist. He won the downhill in Wengen on Saturday.
