The fastest cake in the world is most likely also the lightest. Because with only six simple ingredients and no weighing, not much can go wrong.
If you spontaneously crave a piece of cake, the fastest cake in the world will probably come in handy. Because here you don't have to stand in the kitchen for a long time, gather forever many ingredients and fiddle around with the kitchen scales. Instead, six simple ingredients that you most likely don't even need to buy separately are blended into a simple but versatile sponge batter. With various additives and toppings, the cake can also be individualized to your personal taste.

- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 cup of oil
- 4 eggs
Baking with a mug – this is how it works:
By "mug" we don't mean a small espresso cup or a bulbous teacup. It's a simple yoghurt cup. The 150 to 200 gram yoghurt pot is rinsed briefly after emptying and then used uniformly for the dry and wet ingredients. Alternatively, use a regular coffee mug of similar dimensions.
