The Commercial Bank of Syria confirmed that it will continue to work with effective cards to pay students' fees at the virtual university until the expiration date or its balance runs out, indicating that it has stopped issuing prepaid cards, based on a letter in this regard from the Central Bank of Syria.

In a statement that SANA received a copy of, the bank stated that it also continues to receive payments through the electronic payment service (resettlement card) as well as cash payments in foreign currencies at the Syrian Commercial Branches.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian Commercial Bank provides many electronic services such as repayment of loan installments via cell phones, ATMs for cardholders of the Commercial Bank of Syria, services for collecting commercial bonds, issuance of bank checks, opening accounts of all kinds, transfer of funds, withdrawals and deposits.
