The Secretary of Internal Commerce, Paula Español, spoke of the conflict with the producers over the closure of meat exports that the Government ordered and that generated a strike in the field.
The national official said that they are talking
with cold stores and the meat sector to reach an agreement that allows ordering the export market and guaranteeing accessible prices in the domestic market.
"
We are in permanent dialogue
with the meat processing companies and the meat sector, we are negotiating!", Said Español in dialogue with Radio Futurock.
Spanish argued that "this is essential (dialogue) to think about openness."
And he added that "a strategy of an orderly export market that seems perfect to us that continues to grow, in particular to China, a destination that was opened in the last government of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner."
In addition, it justified the measure by ensuring that "the decision to close the export market for 30 days had to do with
ordering certain imbalances in its billing
, in evasion that existed in the export market since, based on this order and these conversations with the private sector it is understood that
the export market has to be compatible with the supply and prices
within the domestic market. "

Meanwhile, after the measure of force in the sector, self-organized producers complained to the Government about the stocks of meat exports and warned that they will deepen if there are no solutions promptly.
While from the Liaison Table they await the call from President Alberto Fernández to be able to solve the problem.
At the same time they ruled out the realization of another strike.
On Tuesday, the conflict over the meat stocks sneaked into the meeting between the new president of the Argentine Rural Society (SRA), Nicolás Pino, with the Minister of Productive Development, Matías Kulfas.
"The closure of meat exports
complicates many members of the production chain
and we hope that the President will review this measure for the good of the countryside and the country," said Pino after the meeting.
The impact of inflation
Asked about inflation, the official said that there are two related elements that impact the rise in food prices.
"It is a structural problem that Argentina has
that is multicausal, the impulse of food prices has to do with the impulse of prices in general, of the inflationary situation that has dragged Argentina for decades," he said.
Although he expressed that it is also due to a situation "at the international level", because "the inflation of food that the world is experiencing, the increase in the prices of commodities such as wheat, sunflower, corn and soybeans, impacts on the price of meats".
"In this context we work, discuss and negotiate with companies and we are working in a future second semester to monitor and have a behavior of food prices, which is not isolated from these elements," he concluded.
