companies, has made it possible to almost double the representation of employees within the management of companies in barely six years, according to the latest IFA-Ethics & Boards barometer, published on Wednesday. In 2021, employees now represent 13.7% of the members of the boards of directors of the 120 largest companies listed in Paris (SBF 120), against only 7.1% in 2015.
