. - This is the largest contract in the history of Dassault Aviation *. This order is a French success, a success for the “France team”. The Rafale, France wins! I feel great pride and great satisfaction. For those in our house who designed and designed this fighter plane; for those who developed it, in close relation with the Ministry of the Armed Forces; for the Air and Space Army, as well as the Navy, who wanted it and demonstrated, in external theaters of operations, its operational capabilities.
The performance of the Rafale and its capacity to evolve, as well as the quality of the strategic relationship between France and the countries which have chosen the French combat aircraft, explain the international successes, since the first order.
