The Cal credit card company published this morning its financial reports for 2022. The report shows that Cal earned a record amount of NIS 309 million compared to NIS 271 million in 2021, an increase of 14%.
In 2022, the turnover of transactions was about NIS 150 billion compared to about NIS 129 billion in the corresponding period last year, an increase of about 16%.
From the beginning of 2022, the consumer credit portfolio increased by approximately 22%, and in the fourth quarter of 2022, consumer credit balances increased by approximately 5% compared to the previous quarter (Q3-2022. As of 12.31.2022, the total credit portfolio was approximately 8.2 billion sh 6.7 billion NIS on 31.12.2021, an increase of about 22%.
