Oil prices fell in today's trading due to fears of a second wave of the spread of the Corona virus in countries that ease public isolation measures and the rise in US crude stocks.
Reuters reported that Brent crude fell 40 cents, or 1.3 percent, and reached $ 29.58 a barrel after it rose by 1.2 percent yesterday, while US West Texas Intermediate crude futures fell ten cents, or 0.4 percent, to reach $ 25.68 a barrel, after increasing by 6.8 percent in the previous session.
The American Petroleum Institute said yesterday that crude oil stocks rose 7.6 million barrels last week to reach 526.2 million barrels, compared to analysts' expectations for an increase of 4.1 million barrels.
