The head of the Al-Naima town council and the secretary of the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party division were martyred in the town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, as a result of shooting at them by unidentified gunmen.
SANA's reporter in Daraa stated that unidentified gunmen directly shot Awad Al-Aboud, who is assigned to head the Al-Naima town council, and Fouad Al-Aboud, the secretary of the party's division in the same town, killing them instantly.
A source in the General Authority of Daraa Hospital said in a statement to SANA reporter that two dead citizens arrived at the emergency department as a result of being shot in the chest.
On the 23rd of last December, the mayor of Al-Naima Municipality, Alaa Al-Aboud, in the eastern countryside of Daraa, was martyred and a civilian was wounded by the explosion of an explosive device planted by unknown persons near the Khirbet roundabout in the city of Daraa.
