The South District Committee decided to approve the plan for the "Soho" complex in Ashdod. The plan includes the construction of 1,100 housing units to be built in 16 buildings of 6-30 floors.
Of all the housing units in the plan, about 660 will be allocated for small apartments (up to 75 square meters) The committee left it up to the developer to reduce the number of housing units while increasing their average area. In addition to housing units, the plan includes about 17,000 square meters for public buildings.
