(ANSA) - MACOMER, 30 JUN - "Today I will sign an implementing decree for the protection of excellent gastronomy with the use of DOP and IGP: it is a fund of 70 million".
This was stated by the Minister of Agriculture Stefano Patuanelli, on the sidelines of the assembly of the members of the Consortium for the protection of Pecorino Romano in Macomer.
"For animal husbandry we have made available 240 million. For sheep and goats there are 11 million. For the increase in energy costs, I believe that Europe is now creating an energy Recoveryfund".
Patuanelli also explained that "resources have been put in place to allow production and industry to go well together without dichotomy".
