A wonderful way to diversify your or your kids' dinner.
Mexican Casadia (Photo: Alon Mesika)
The favorite Quesadilla from Mexican cuisine is actually a simple and easy tortilla toast that is usually prepared on the pan, but when done correctly as in Orly Plai's recipe, it is one of the most delicious dishes there is.
The helmet is a wonderful way to diversify your or your children's dinner and it can contain a variety of spreads, cheeses, vegetables, eggs, chunks of fish or in short, whatever you like.
Now during the holiday season when you go out for a picnic, a trip or just looking for something to take with you to the beach, the most fun is to make a cassia wrapped in foil for everyone.
If you are a pro, you can even heat it up on the coffee stove or on the BBQ.

2 Add the tomatoes, season, partially cover and cook for about 15 minutes to obtain a sauce.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
3 Place a tortilla on a work surface and cut its radius - from the center to the perimeter.
Spread the tortilla with the tomato and onion salsa we prepared and sprinkle topping on each quarter: avocado, cheese, vegetables.
4 Fold the quarters on top of each other and the third for a triangular sandwich.
Prepare all the tortillas this way.
