Even if you excel in everything in life, motherhood puts you in front of difficulties you have not yet encountered. This way you will approach them correctly and also overcome them

When you become mothers, your fears and concerns are not long in coming.

Fear of making mistakes, fear of failing and fear of "not knowing" passes through the mind of every mother of a first child, sometimes even during pregnancy.

Nega Hila Mutana

, parent and family instructor and NLP facilitator, suggests dealing with these natural and legitimate fears in the following way:

make a list, even in your head, of "what I do know".

For example: Do I know how to love?

Do I know how to hug?

Do I know how to recognize a difficulty?

Do I know how to be compassionate?

can i sing

do i know how to smile

Keep asking yourself the most basic things and provide yourself with answers.

What you don't know - you will learn as you go, you can be sure of that.

How can you prepare for parenthood?

The main and significant preparation is to understand that you are walking towards a process of constant learning and that there will be many things you will not know along the way and that is perfectly fine.

The preparation can never be complete, because not everything depends only on you.

There is a tiny new person that you have to learn and get to know, and to be honest, not only him: you will also have to get to know yourself anew and your partner - since the birth will turn you into a family and change your previous identities in one way or another.

Trust yourself even if you don't know something - your baby will teach you over time.

Be attentive to his language and his needs.

He will guide you.

Remember that the answers are within you, you just have to trust yourself.

Accept with love even what you do not know and remember that this is an ongoing process.

The Jama application was established with the aim of responding to mothers of babies between the ages of birth and three, and to gather for them content, activities, tips from experts and videos that will accompany them throughout this challenging period.

All the content in the application "grows" together with the baby and is precisely adapted to the stages of his development, so that the mothers receive only what is relevant to them and interests them at any given moment.

The Jama app is the place for mothers in Israel to meet and get to know other mothers around them, and to create new and exciting friendships in the fascinating journey.
