The mechanism of the appropriation of Ciccone by Amado Boudou 1:28
(CNN Spanish) - Former Vice President of Argentina Amado Boudou, sentenced to more than five years in the Ciccone Calcographic case, obtained house arrest.
The court's decision was based on the risk of the covid-19 pandemic and the fact that Boudou has no final judgment, one of her lawyers confirmed to CNN.

Boudou was transferred on Monday night from the Ezeiza federal prison to the apartment where his wife and children live. He will remain detained in the home and monitored with an electronic anklet, the defense added.
The ex-vice president of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner was convicted in August 2018 of bribes and incompatible negotiations during the rescue of the Ciccone Calcographic banknote printing press. However, the Supreme Court has yet to decide whether to grant the last appeal of his defense.
