The new expertise that was carried out this Thursday to Sebastián Damián Villarreal (30), the attacker of the Palermo dance school, determined that the accused is imputable.

In the report on the mental health of the attacker from the Palermo dance school, who remains admitted to the Tornú hospital, it was requested that he be referred to a neuropsychiatric hospital for a

psychotic disorder.

But the Buenos Aires Public Prosecutor's Office reported this Friday that "the new expertise considers that it is imputable."

According to the legal psychiatrist who evaluated the attacker of the dancer Julieta Antón (26, already discharged) and the owner of the dance studio, Sofía Bovino (36, still admitted to Güemes for surgery on her injured finger), indicated the "referral to a neuropsychiatric institution" until "ceasing its danger to himself or to third parties", according to the report of the medical recommendation that

had access to

.

The second examination, which was done early Thursday morning, was similar but was in charge of

the Forensic Medical Corps of the City of Buenos Aires

.

This report is the one that concludes that Villarreal is imputable.

The head of the City's Criminal, Misconduct and Misdemeanor Prosecutor's Office, Miguel Kessler, aggravated the crime that Villarreal is charged with "attempted repeated femicide."

On Thursday night he ordered the investigation of the accused, who refused to testify.

And this late afternoon, he asked judge Norberto Circo for preventive detention for the aggressor of the dancers, which was granted by the magistrate.

According to Télam, Villarreal will be

transferred to the Ezeiza prison

to continue his internment in the Comprehensive Mental Health Program (Prisma).

Sebastian Damián Villarreal, the man who attacked the two women with a knife.

"Why new expertise if there is already a report? Because while the defense and the Tornú doctors said that it could be considered unimpeachable, the psychiatrists of the Judicial Investigations Corps of the prosecution detailed in a separate report that it was imputable," they explained Research sources on the reason for this second psychiatric evaluation.

On Tuesday, the interdisciplinary team of Mental Health Guard of the Tornú hospital had requested the "admission to a specialized institution for Mental Health" for Villarreal, where he arrived after injuring the dancer and the owner of the dance studio on Tuesday afternoon .

According to the sources, the report explains that, at the time of examination, the patient was "

distressed

" and "without awareness of the disease."

And it reads: "Vigil, lucid, anguished, childish, globally oriented, with situational awareness and without awareness of illness, active collaborator,

with normal course thinking

and concrete content."

But he highlights that he referred to suffering from "

command and visual auditory

hallucinations

from which '

he defends himself by praying, breathing and dancing

', with delusional ideation and also presents

erotomaniac

delusional ideation

(phases of infatuation-disillusionment - passage to act)

focused on the teacher '

Juli

'de baile

, with deviant judgment ".

In turn, the accused "denies hetero-aggressive ideation" at the time of the exam, says that "today he can go home and

ask Juli for forgiveness

," and that "he wants to take classes with her again."

According to the report, he refers to suffering from the aforementioned hallucinations with "delusional persecutory ideation focused on an Umbanda country with which there would be a cause of

sexual abuse

at UFI 10 or 12, in La Plata."

Precisely, the attacked dancer mentioned this issue on Tuesday in her statements to the media about what happened.

"He simply sent me many messages on Instagram and days before he had sent me that he

had been abused

and I did not respond because I did not know how to act."

The truth is that the report of the psychiatrist expert ends: "The presumptive diagnosis of

psychotic decompensation

in chronic psychotic disorder and mental retardation is considered."

The cause

This same Tuesday that the expert report was known, the prosecutor Kessler aggravated the crime that Villarreal is going to be charged with an

"attempted repeated femicide"

, which provides for up to 20 years in prison.

The first accusation was that of "serious injuries aggravated by the victim being a woman, in the context of gender violence and repeatedly" (two events), a qualification that provided for a penalty of three to ten years in prison, according to Article 92 of the Penal Code.

The two women attacked with a kitchen knife, still shocked by what happened in the dance studio on Federico Lacroze Avenue in 2000, in Palermo, assured in various statements that they

"never"

imagined that they would go through such a moment.

Julieta Anton and Sofía Bovino

"

Go away, I'm going to kill you both,

" was the threat that Villarreal reiterated to the police who asked him to throw the knife and turn himself in, while he held the dancer and the owner of the studio on the floor, one about the another, as seen in the videos.
