In a video provided by the Airport Security Division (DSA) to CNN, former Honduran President Manuel Zelaya is seen entering an airport room for an inspection.

Zelaya opens a backpack from which he takes out an envelope with money and when they ask him the amount of the cash, he says that "there must be about US $ 12,000 here [...] it's a mistake."

Honduran laws allow travelers to carry up to US $ 10,000 without declaring that amount to the authorities.
