The CDU in Saxony-Anhalt approved the draft of the black-red-yellow coalition agreement in a member survey.
The vote resulted in an approval of 92.1 percent for the draft contract, said CDU boss Sven Schulze in Magdeburg.
2097 of the 6075 Christian Democrats in the country took part in the vote.
Schulze spoke of an "extremely good result".
This has already become apparent in discussions with members over the past few weeks.
The feedback was very positive.
The SPD had previously agreed.
In a member vote, 63.4 percent of the Social Democrats spoke out in favor of the black-red-yellow government alliance.
36.6 percent voted against it.
At 60.4 percent, the turnout was higher than in all other SPD member surveys so far.
The vote of the SPD was considered the highest hurdle for the planned alliance: Many members had expressed serious concerns about working with conservatives and liberals.
If the FDP agrees at a party congress in Magdeburg that evening, the coalition agreement can be signed on Monday.
Three days later, the new coalition could re-elect Reiner Haseloff (CDU) as prime minister in the state parliament.
It would be the first joint state government of the CDU, SPD and FDP for 62 years.
The election victory for Haseloff's CDU was clear, but it would only have been just enough for a two-party alliance.
At the beginning of August, the leaders of the three parties agreed on a draft coalition agreement.
