The project will be developed in two sites, of which 3 are planned to be public housing, providing about 912 units, and the remaining 6 are private residences, involving about 1,286 units.
Regarding the representations made by the Henderson Chiu Hang site, the Planning Department stated that it was aware of the representations, and also stated that the proposed development would not cause adverse effects on traffic and the environment.

Another project is located in Tao Yuen Cave, Ma Wo Road, with a site area of 416,500 square feet. It will be converted from a green area to public housing development. Three buildings will be constructed, providing about 2,400 units and accommodating about 6,480 people. It is expected to be completed between 2032 and 2033.
Regarding the objection to the construction of public housing on the green land in Tao Yuen Tung, Ma Wo Road, the Planning Department believes that the proposed scheme can meet the long-term demand for housing in the society.
