With 1145 days at Matignon, the mayor of Le Havre is in eighth position in terms of longevity, out of a total of twenty-three holders, between Pierre Mauroy and Jean-Pierre Raffarin.
On Friday, the former mayor of Prades will reach a total of 679 days, which puts him almost on par with Pierre Messmer and Jean-Marc Ayrault.
There were two Philip governments.
The first formed the day after the election of Emmanuel Macron had 22 members (3 ministers of state, 13 ministers, 2 ministers to another minister and 4 secretaries of state).
The second, following the June 2017 legislative elections, was expanded to 29 members.
