The shipping company today launched its first "Walt Market" in Tel Aviv and will compete directly with "Yango Dali" • The company promises thousands of products at attractive prices in relation to the urban writers market alongside boutique products and promises to gradually expand to all areas of activity

The delivery app "wolt" launched today (Tuesday) Walt Market, its first and official foothold in the world of writers, after collaborations it has made in the past year with existing brands such as Super Yoda, Victory, Rami Levy and more.

The store is expected to compete "head to head" in Yango Dali and will operate in the same format of course, deliveries only.

At the moment, the first branch opened in Neve Tzedek will cover only the center of Tel Aviv, but the company promises additional branches that will eventually cover all the delivery areas where the app is available.

The store, in Neve Tzedek, offers through the app delivery of about 3,000 products, including dairy and pantry products, fresh products from various departments such as fruits and vegetables, meat, bread and unique pastries provided daily, frozen products, alcohol and soft drinks, live food, products Hygiene and cleaning, baby food products, diapers and more.

Beyond the basic shopping products, Wolt Market will have a variety of local and unique boutique products such as meat and chicken from Mercato Butchery, fresh breads and pastries from Reviva and Celia and a dedicated category that will address the worlds of organic and healthy food.

The first branch is launched today in Neve Tzedek and will serve the downtown Tel Aviv area.

The branch will currently operate between the hours of 8:00 and 00:00, with the expectation of extending the hours of operation later.

The shipping fee will be the same as those in the Wolt app today, which is significantly lower than those in the super networks.

In addition, self-collection from the branch will be possible, by pre-ordering through the app.

Additional branches are expected to open later this year.

Wolt Market stores have been operating for the past two years in 17 of the 23 countries in which Wolt is active with nearly a hundred branches opened and for the purpose of opening here, a special team from Finland arrived about two months ago to help the local branch open and launch the brand.
