322 administrative licenses were granted for commercial professions in Damascus

The Directorate of Professions and Licenses in the Governorate of Damascus granted more than three hundred administrative licenses to all commercial professions in the various regions of the city during the first half of this year.

The director of professions and licenses in the governorate, Eng. Othman Rabah Bain, told SANA that the directorate granted 322 administrative licenses for commercial professions, closed 573 shops for different periods for violating regulations and laws, and imposed a fine on 952 shop owners for carrying out works in violation of the license and practicing the profession without a license, indicating that the treatment was handled. 163 complaints were submitted to the Directorate.

Rabah called on business owners to request the official mission from the employee assigned to inspect the shops, pointing out that it is forbidden for any employee in the directorate to conduct an inspection without an official mission under the full responsibility.
