The spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, announced that the authorities in Kyiv reiterated that they do not intend to conduct negotiations with Russia and that they do not want peace.
"The response to everyone who criticizes Russia for not conducting negotiations with the Kyiv regime is that this regime has abandoned these negotiations, and this is what its foreign minister confirmed today once again," Zakharova said on her Telegram channel, noting that the Kyiv regime's subordination to the US position in this regard and repeating everything Washington says .
Earlier today, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba considered that negotiations with Russia are "possible only after its defeat," according to his claim.
