The civil protection also intervened for the assistance and distribution of comfort items to the people on board the vehicles queuing for 12 kilometers "increasing" on the southern carriageway of the Umbrian stretch of the Autosole. This was reported by Autostrade per l'Italia, explaining that in the stretch between Fabro and Orvieto towards Naples there was an accident involving three cars and a heavy vehicle.
