There are also children who, led by experts from the universities of Milan, Florence, Kaiser Italy and Asi, organized the XenoGriss experiment, in which tadpoles arrived on the orbital station to study tissue regeneration. The experiment was selected as part of the ASI call for proposals "Youth ISS Science 2019" (YiSS) to encourage collaboration between universities and upper secondary schools on issues related to space research.
Activated on 9 December 2019 by Luca Parmitano himself, the experiment returned to Earth at the beginning of January and the children, with their tutors, will still be responsible for analyzing the results.
