Attacks on Israeli companies continue: Tonight (Thursday), hackers identified as Palestinians attacked the DNS service of the Domain the Net company, which provides compound services (addresses) and web hosting. Following the attack, many sites on the Internet are not available from the evening hours.
"In the last few hours, there has been a DDOS attack on Domain de Net's DNS servers," the company said in a statement. "The attack has affected some of the customers who use our DNS servers. In order to stop it our cyber defense systems have blocked browsing from certain servers from abroad and therefore some legitimate surfer traffic is blocked at this point.
" No effect on domain name registration systems.
This is apparently a massive attack at the state level, "the company added." We are dealing with the issue in cooperation with the national cyber system. At this point, it appears that the attack has ended and the DNS service is operating properly. "

As mentioned, the attack is behind a group of hackers identified as Palestinians, as earlier today a tweet was posted on the Twitter page "Palestinian Cyber", which read: "Let's prepare for the next attack soon."
Lemem Guy, VP of Cyberizen Product, says that “The success of the Black Shadow Group in exposing personal information of Israeli citizens from the Atref dating site and the Moore Medical Institute encourages the group, and similar groups, to carry out further attacks that embarrass the State of Israel and its citizens.
The attacks themselves are not necessarily technologically complex, but look for the weaknesses in companies that are not sufficiently protected or can cause peripheral damage through supply chain attacks. "
