Eavesdropping, geolocation, hearings, more than 500 pages of investigation for the first file, 1,200 for the second: in all, seven anti-basin activists aged 28 to 60 are being prosecuted this Thursday and Friday before the criminal courts of La Rochelle (Charente-Maritime) and Niort (Deux-Sèvres).
Environmental activists or farmers, they will be judged for actions carried out in 2021 against substitute reserves intended for water storage and intensive crop irrigation.
