Friha B. had been placed in an administrative detention center in November for “lack of residence permit”. His sister was charged

Friha B., the sister of the suspect in Lola's murder, was deported to Algeria on December 16, a source familiar with the matter told Le Parisien, confirming information from BFMTV.

The 26-year-old woman had been placed in an administrative detention center for "lack of residence permit" in November after being heard in police custody.

On the evening of the events, Friha B. was arrested and heard by the judicial police and finally exonerated in this terrible criminal case.

She explained that her sister, Dahbia B., was a source of trouble and that her mental health had been worrying her for a few weeks.

Arrived in France in 2016

Friha B. sublet an apartment in the building of Lola and her parents, and occasionally hosted her sister Dahbia B. This Algerian arrived in France in 2016. She notably worked in a bakery in La Ferté-Bernard (Sarthe) before returning to live in the Paris region.

Since her return to Paris, she had been moonlighting in a bakery in Vitry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne) and, for the future, planned to stay in France and open a beauty salon.

Lola, 12, was killed on October 14.

The body of the child had been discovered in a trunk near the building in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, rue Manin, where she lived with her family.

His parents are the guardians of this building.

The main suspect in the case, Dahbia B., was indicted for "murder of a minor under the age of 15 accompanied by torture or acts of barbarism" and "rape of a minor", and placed in pre-trial detention since 17 october.

She is imprisoned in Fresnes.
