Four months after "Once upon a time in Hollywood", director Quentin Tarantino began working on his next film, his tenth and probably his last - this is what the Hollywood Reporter published tonight (Wednesday).
Tarantino, 59, is one of the most respected directors of the last generation, since breaking out in the early 1990s with "Shelter Dogs" and "Cheap Literature", and behind him two Oscar wins for best screenplay.
In the past, the filmmaker, who also has behind him films such as "Kill Bill", "Dishonorable Bastards" and "There was a time in Hollywood", stated that he would retire after his tenth film - and according to the publication, the script for this film is already ready, and the production should start already this fall.
As of now, it is still unclear which studios will sponsor the film.
Currently, the title of the film in the works is "The Cinema Critic", the main role is played by a woman, and the plot takes place in Los Angeles in the 1970s.
The Hollywood Reporter estimates from these details that the film may deal with the character of Pauline Kyle, an influential film critic active at the time, for whom Tarantino had previously expressed his appreciation.
