Partner Communications Group today (Thursday) launches Premium Care, a dedicated repair service for owners of the latest flagship devices from Apple and Samsung. The repair service, designed for customers of all companies, includes a number of significant benefits in order to provide real value to customers. "We are launching the service based on the concept of providing a comprehensive and comprehensive response to all of the customer's communication services and products, thereby deepening the relationship with customers and providing them with service security," the company said.
The repair service for iPhones and Galaxy includes: damage repair; repair of original screen break twice a year; delivery benefit of pick-up and return from the customer's home; WhatsApp call center support; and Express repair in Partner's chain of stores nationwide.
According to the company, the Premium Care service is provided in Partner laboratories, by technicians certified by Apple and Samsung and includes a 3-month warranty on the repair date, as well as receiving a replacement device. The cost of the service is NIS 39.9 per month, with a benefit of 50% discount for the first two months and no obligation.
At the same time, starting next week, Partner will begin offering customers of all companies a free device test at the company's laboratories. At the end of the check, which takes a few minutes, the customer will receive an official report on the health of the device.
