An additional 544 people have been killed by the Coronavirus in the past 24 hours in France. During his press briefing on April 22, the Director General of Health announced that 13,236 people have died in French hospitals since March 1.
In nursing homes and medico-social establishments, more than 25,500 cases were reported by the management. 8,104 people died from the epidemic, mainly in retirement homes.
A total of 21,340 people have died from Covid-19 in the country since the start of the epidemic.
