The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that two Russian soldiers were wounded as a Russian military police patrol was attacked by terrorist groups in the southern countryside of Idlib.
The Russian Coordination Center said in a statement that "the Russian patrol came under fire from an anti-tank grenade launcher on the M4 road near the town of Urm Al-Jawz in the southern part of the de-escalation zone in Idlib, which caused two Russian soldiers to be lightly concussed in the brain."
The center pointed out that "medical assistance was provided to the injured immediately, and the damaged Russian Military Police armored vehicle was evacuated and the patrol stopped."
On the 14th of last month, 3 Russian soldiers were wounded as a result of the targeting of a joint patrol with an improvised explosive device by terrorist groups that spread on both sides of the road between Aleppo and Latakia, which are known to be affiliated with the Turkish regime.
