The fatal fire at the tenement building at 560 Canton Road in Yau Ma Tei last night (15th) resulted in 7 deaths and 11 injuries, of which 7 were in critical condition. Most of them are reported to be Nepalese.
Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor visited the fire scene at about 8 am today (16th).
