Michelin Guide 2022: starred restaurants in Paris

Of the 49 new starred "Red", 17 are located in Paris and Île-de-France. Nine tables come out of the selection. Who are they ?

The Michelin Guide presented, this Tuesday, its 2022 vintage of stars, in Cognac (Charente), for the first time since the province.

And if Bibendum prides itself on having rewarded restaurants in the four corners of France, thus demonstrating the liveliness of the country, the capital is back in force this year with 17 award-winning restaurants (16 in Paris, 1 in Versailles) out of 49, far ahead the other regions.

The triumph of Arnaud Donckele

If it was expected, as it seemed to have been unanimous since its opening last September, the coronation of Arnaud Donckele for Plénitude, on the first floor of the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel (1st), remains no less a feat: three stars in just six months, for the quadra which already has three at La Vague d'Or de Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez, also owned by the LVMH group.

His score around the sauces, accompanied by the desserts of Maxime Frédéric, is masterful.
