A 23-year-old man was stabbed twice in the chest late Wednesday afternoon in the Paul-Mistral Park in Grenoble. According to a police source quoted by France 3 Rhône-Alpes, this attack follows an altercation between the victim and a group of people.
Three men, a woman and a dog fled shortly after the incident. The victim was taken care of by the emergency services and transported to the hospital with a life-threatening prognosis.
An investigation, entrusted to the police station of Grenoble, was opened by the prosecutor's office. No arrests have been made so far, the public prosecutor said.
